I am a personal chef, artisan baker and caterer.

I have been in the food and restaurant business since 1981 and baking commercially since 1996. I am a member of the Personal Chef Network

and Chef Network. I have taken classes from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris as well as the Culinary Institute in New York City and one on one training courses from master pastry artists in Charleston, NC.  I am Servsafe certified.

Fire Fly Farm is a 25 acre organic farm complete with orchards and greenhouse located in St. Albans, Maine. I specialize in using the freshest and finest quality seasonal ingredients from my farm and farming network.

Offering a full-flavored, sense-firing eating experience is my passion.  I believe good food is a right, not a privilege.  My menu planning can accomodate any special dietary needs.  I love to create food for those who desire unique, creative dishes as well as deeply satisfying comfort foods.
